A very well-established firm with offices across the East Midlands is looking for a regulatory solicitor to manage a caseload of defendant professional discipline work.
The work is representing predominantly pharmacists who are facing disciplinary cases with their regulatory body. The cases are nationwide and almost exclusively heard online so this role can be essentially fully remote working from home with the caveat that there may very occasionally be some requirement to attend a hearing somewhere in the UK but this would be rare.
If an applicant happens to be located in the East Midlands and would prefer the role to be office based, that is more than fine too.
Applicants do not need to have experience specifically with pharmacy regulation but significant experience of professional discipline/regulatory work experience is essential with all those skills that can be transferred to the pharmacy sector.
The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
